About me
Hi! I'm so glad you're here!

I love creating valuable experiences for people. Whether in a 1:1 coaching session, a group workshop, or sharing a meal around my table, it is my delight to delight others!

I live in Walters Falls, Ontario with my husband, Mike. We are beginner gardeners who enjoy cooking, gathering friends at our home, and exploring nature with our endlessly energetic dog, Frank.
My Story
There are no words to adequately express how grateful I am that I get to do this work.
But I've never let that stop me before.
When it comes to work, I come from a long line of "white knucklers". You know, the "just grin and bear it" types. Growing up, work was meant to pay the bills and there wasn't much time or energy spent thinking about 'joy' at work. And while the former is certainly true, I found it sad that joy didn't seem to be an essential part of our work-lives. So, in my 20's I went on a mission; to find the kind of work that would pay my bills and bring me joy. Easy, right? Nope. The years leading up to my coaching career have been messy, emotional and, at times, deeply disappointing - anything but easy.
You might be wondering, does my work make me happy all the time? Definitely not. It is still messy, emotional and, at times, disappointing. But do I get a profound sense of joy from it? Absolutely. The difference has been clarity and focus.
When I'm focused on the fluctuating, day-to-day circumstances things can get chaotic fast. But when I'm clear and focused on what's most important to me - the vision I have for my life, the core values that drive me, and the activities and habits that strengthen me - this is where I access my joy. Until I got clear about what those things were, I would continually grasp at what I assumed was expected of me. I would never have made the decision to pursue my coach training and certification and I would not have the privilege of working with people like you - those who want to live and work with more joy!

When I started this journey I was hoping to discover joy at work and what I found was joy in all corners of my life. My day-to-day circumstances can sometimes dim that joy but will never totally snuff it out. And when I think back to that 20-year-old who was flying by the seat of her intuition, who couldn't have imagined where this journey would take her, all I have to say is:
Thank you for believing in me. I am so grateful.
